I've been playing the games since 2004, generations 3-5 so no they won't. They are, however, my most hyped games since Diamond/Pearl. :D

It appears that some people have gotten the game early.

I've already stopped visiting numerous places on the web where I was picking up news to avoid spoilers. Spoiler tags would be appriciated otherwise I'll be bailing here as well.

I love learning of new Pokemon but I'd like for everything non-official to be revealed while I'm actually playing. ;)

I don't care about wether the games will be in "3D". The 3D designs/overworld is more than enough for me to enjoy the games.

Heartgold - Generation 4
Black - Generation 5

I also had Yellow, Crystal, Platinum, and White.

Red as in the game, not the color. He always gets the game who's name is usually said first, in this case X for Pokemon X & Y.

I always get both but at release I'm getting Y first.

I wonder if it has to do with that Gotta Catch 'Em All site. :o

So what's going to become of Stunfisk with Limber now that Electric pokemon can't get paralyzed? Will there be an ability swap if I were to transfer one from Gen V to VI with a new ability or the alternative Static?

chespin 2nd stage looks so stupid. i'm so disappointed D: the starters remind me of the gen 3 starters. froakie and his evolution remind me a lot of treeko and grovyle, chespin's evolution made me think of marshtomp, and fennekin is, like torchic, going from "animal thingy" to "humanoid with animal traits".BrunoBRS

When I saw Froakie's evolution, I instantly thought Treecko/Grovyle. :P The problem is, I was kinda hoping Chespin would go the Grovyle route of evolution...not the Pignite. :(

Gen 3 is, for many, the worst one (although not bad), myself included.  Still great games, but had way too much surfing and HM blocked roads.  What makes it your fav?

I never understood the hate behind Gen 3...it was my first generation with the video games and I loved it. I would LOVE to have more water/diving in the games.

This would be a great idea for the future of Pokemon. I mean, we could carry a smart phone and access a cloud PC storage system anywhere in the game.
