@tidus_ff Put in refined combat and a camera to challenge God of War 3 and this Castlevania game will definitely be amazing.

@archav3n @SureBigBuster Well first of, it's not an old generation PC. It definitely won't compete with high-end gaming machines, but the hardware optimization you find in a console gives you more bang for your buck if you're looking for a mid range gaming rig. The mid range rigs of 3 years from now will outperform the 8th gen consoles, but right now they offer the very best performance you can get for that price and will fully support the features of PC gaming, just in lower quality, which is better than none at all.

@imrangr1 @Total_mischief @mkeezay22 Being snide doesn't make up for being completely irrelevant, not even on the internet. If you read again, carefully, you'll notice that I'm comparing the visual quality of both games.

@No_Intelligence @Sir_Claude @Bread_or_Decide Visuals aren't even as "amazing" as GTA V. It doesn't speak for the gameplay, though. Looking forward to see how it turns out on release.

@mkeezay22 The driving mechanics look clunky, the game looks very average (GTA V looks better than the gameplay videos we've seen), so I hope that they make use of the processing power of those consoles to really exploit the open world setting...otherwise it's setting up to be a very disapointing 8th gen game.

Careful, if that guy plays the first Crysis he'll cream his pants if that's what he thinks of CoD: Ghosts...in other news, [insert innapropriate joke about Jess]. Am I part of the gang now ?

@SexyPorkins The Kinect was an utter failure and hands-on of the Kinect 2.0 have shown that it's still shitty. Of course, it's not released yet and they still have work to do. Odds are it's still gonna be useless for anything except browsing Netflix movies, but as I mentionned, if I'm proven wrong by this game and maybe others, then that's awesome.

Curious how they'll use the Kinect for this. If this game can prove that Kinect isn't the piece of shit it's proven to be and makes it entertaining with precise, responsive controls...then I might be sold on that motion gaming thing.

@cpfast @TimeFrame Granting Bioshock Infinite a 4 simply destroys any standards or guidelines this site has tried to establish in game reviews. It remains an unofficial review, a second take, but there's a level of quality that's not subjective at all to that game and I speak of production value. Story and characters are much more developed than the genre standard while visuals (Art Direction aside as this is purely subjective) and gameplay are average. The problem is that it brings utter inconsistencies and, as was shown with the Bioshock: Infinite second take, can rely too heavily on fanboyism to the point of dismissing almost any positive point about a game. I can't say about the above review, I haven't played the game myself, but McShea's opinion was, although rightfully subjective, laughable coming from a professional critique.
