[QUOTE="Nintendo_Ownes7"]I don't really know, the 360 has alot of great racers, but my favorite Racers have always been the ones Nintendo makes, I hope they make another Mach Rider for the Wii.dimar19

Nintendo has any racers?

If you ignore the fastest racer ever and games like Mario Kart and Excite Truck, yeah, I guess they don't have any.

Well SEGA Rally Revo is coming for both the PS3 and 360, but it'll only have online on the 360 I guess. Also I hope the next Initial D gets released on either the PS3 or 360.Panzer_Zwei

Hopefully Sega works with Nintendo to do F-Zero Wii as F-Zero GX was one of the most badass, hardcore, and fastest racing games ever made.

[QUOTE="Axel_rocks14"]You know what is pathetic about you fanboys? Whenever you diss a game on the wii you compare a heavy hitter 360 or PS3 game to a weak Wii game. Look i can do it too: I think gamers will pick Brawl over mobile suit gundam and bomberman act zero. Seriously if you guys are gonna diss console games pick the best of them. Berserker_2

Which Wii game do you think is the best?

Super Paper Mario obviously takes the cake, but he's right: you choose to compare hyped but UNRELEASED 360 and PS3 games versus low-scoring Wii games as your source of "ownage." Weak.

So, Super Paper Mario is the best game on the Wii? You would rather play that, then Oblivion?

Before you say, "It's my opinion and I'm free to like whatever I want". Think about the future of video games and Nintendo's direction. Super Paper Mario is fundamentally an N64 game (as is Zelda TP). Little to no voice acting, lipsyncing, and certainly no graphical leap.

Oblivion has full voice acting, lipsyncing, and a world that streams in realtime for miles and miles. Nearly everything is interactive. Every flower and plant can be picked and used. Every book can be read. Every clothing item can be worn. Every item is a physical object that can be picked up or dropped. Do you want to build a library in your home? Collect books in your travels and bring them home. Drop them on the floor and move them to a book shelf. Meanwhile, the maid will offer you some food.

Can you do any of that in SPM?

Having played Oblivion, I can definitely answer yes. Oblivion's combat sucked. It's the most overrated game this gen.

It's not a direction, it's a genre distinction. Can you not wrap your mind around that? Oh, and absolutely EVERY object in Elebits is interactive, a game that you thought to use as "ownage" against sheep. Fission mailed.

I doubt it. The reason that Mario 64 was so spectacular was because it was the first 3D Mario, and it was the first to present a game where Mario could roam freely. Since then, the Mario formula really hasn't changed much. Mario Galaxy will probably be AAA, because the controls are so intuitive. CoolDude34519

Mario Galaxy is confirmed to have multiplayer as well, which kind of ruins the "unchanging formula" argument. Miyamoto did in fact hint that the multiplayer aspect could involve a second player hindering Mario's progress rather than standard co-op fare. Either way it sounds incredible.

Actually, Sheep run when I debate. Let's see how long you last in this thread.

Do you feel like you are getting a good deal when you pay $250 for a Wii? Nintendo spends less than $100 to make it. Do you think Nintendo could have put some more power in the Wii, for $250?

ALL THE SHEEP RUN AWAY FROM MY L337 DEBATING SKILLS! WATCH AS I MAGICALLY PULL CONTRIVED FIGURES FROM MY ASS! BEHOLD! THE WII COSTS $25 TO MANUFACTURE! HAH! BEAT THAT SHEEP!

I could swear that Regginator Fils-Aime said $100, but I can only find a link to a $158 cost. Regardless, they still could have put more into the Wii for $250.

And Microsoft makes a healthy profit off of every Premium 360 sold and they have been for months (presumably you knew this and so claimed to have purchased the gimped version of the 360, so you could feel proud that MS "took a loss" for you out of the goodness of their hearts, not out of a typical business practice in selling video game hardware to net a larger install base).

Wrong. I didn't "claim" anything. I was making a point. The core is $299. Also, the Premium was sold at a loss during launch. I don't feel "proud" about any product I buy.

The Sheep are the ones that are blind to the business of Nintendo. They think Miyamoto would never make a decision based on profit. This is why they bashed Microsoft for selling maps in Gears. The fact is that Microsoft must sell maps is Gears to pay for the hardware.

Since Nintendo makes a huge profit on the hardware, they don't need 3rd party software for royalties. So, Sheep get fewer games with last-gen graphics. I hope you're happy with Elebits and Cooking Mama.

What are you raving about now? Sheep have always understood that Nintendo profits off of the Wii and DS. If anything, you're confusing sheep with cows. And as I already stated, because MS is profiting on every Premium (which comprises the vast majority of 360s on shelves), MS certainly doesn't need to "sell maps in Gears" to help feed the children (as if selling maps in Gears is all that lucrative anyways).

Elebits is an excellent game and it's a pity you choose to knock it. Hell, even going by its "A" score at GS it's pretty tough to make an argument. LOL I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY WITH CRAPDOWN OOPS I MEAN CRACKDOWN LOL. See, when you're obnoxious your alleged debating skills don't come through very well, do they?

[QUOTE="Kook18"]stop bashing them all to stop bashing 1, but this is SW, that won't happen.Berserker_2

Good point. However, it seems like Sony is getting the vast majority of bashing when they don't deserve it. Perhaps we could give Sony a breather. The Wii gets a pass most of the time, but that console needs some criticism.

it definitely does thats for sure.

Nintendo always gets a pass in the media, too. Just look at Rare and Silicon Knights. When they were with Nintendo, the media worshiped everything they did. When they work for Microsoft, everything they do is "terrible". Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo, and Too Human are just barely good enough to poop on.

That's because when Rare was with Nintendo they actually did produce badass games, even in the NES days with Battletoads. Donkey Kong Country, Killer Instinct, Goldeneye 007, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, and the like are all classics (even their less popular games, like Blast Corps., were good). Now? As if Grabbed by the Ghoulies weren't bad enough, they topped it off with that crapfest PDZ. Kameo was mediocre, but Viva Pinata is a great game. Undoubtedly Banjo Kazooie 3 will be fantastic as well, but don't pretend that Rare is anywhere near the developer they used to be.

My $250 was well spent, and that's what matters. They can profit all they want as long as I, the customer, am satisfied first.

I got a hyper-threaded triple-core CPU, 500 Mhz GPU, 512 MB Ram, and a DVD player. It cost $350 to make, yet I only paid $299. Who got a better deal?

You also bought a completely gimped SKU, so we must laugh at your purchase anyways.
