What the the most fanboyins comment i ever seen, after Seeing the nintendo conference that was nothing gameplay after gameplay of games , i want to finally buy a Wii. PS3 on the other sucker punch Msoft left and right , Exclusive content PLUS Steam on the ps3. Please if any one was not trying it was Msoft with their stupid circus.

Did You even see the separate Conference that was for Kinect, horrible just Horrible. Msoft just killed there name brand in a matter of minutes.

Well i did enjoy the game and the boss fights. But if ur talking about an RPG game u certainly need plots and character developments, all of which is clearly lacking in this game. I think GS seems to be blown away by the difficulty of the game and its rather unique online features. So for me, DS is definitely no GoTY material. Pales in comparision to last yr's winner (MGS4).

Ok why are you even comparing Demon Souls with a game from last year? No one asking you to compare DS to other games , the discussion is if DS GOTY year material and it is, so what if it doesn't really have a story or cut scenes like most of today's games , I take it by your stupid comment you don't consider Diablo an rpg because it lacks a story but sorry to burst your bubble DS is so an RPG and if you don't like it go back to your Hanna Montana Final Fantasy with all Flash and no substance ,leave DS for the real RPG fans.

Someone's butt-hurt.

It could have been the excellent level design, entirely new approach to difficulty and how to play a game. As opposed to God of War's mindless hack and slash style, though everyone goes nuts over it cause Kratos looks cool while doing it. Don't get me wrong, love GoW, but let's be real here. The boss are well imagined, and each are interesting. The graphics are gorgeous, as is the ambience and the combat sound effects, everything from the slashing of the sword to the groan of the enemies. Let's not forget the amazing atmosphere within the game, convincing you that the world is alive, and has gone to hell.

THAT is more likely the reason that it was GOTY. kthx.

well i just got my copy today and started playing nonstop and honestly i havent found it to be too difficult. sure its more difficult then your average game but that because games nowdays hold your hand till the end. i kepy hearing this game would kick your ass around every corner but really its not that hard. maybe its just me.

Go with demon Souls , it not as hard as you think, the hardest thing about the games is getting to the boss, and all but 3 are like pink fluffy teddy bears with cream inside.

Trust me try Demon Souls.

i already beat the game once and made a other character but stop to Play Dragon age, but to be honest i just want to go back to DS xD
