I helped my brother renovating an old house that wasn't inhabited for almost half a century. basically everything had to be rebuilt except the foundations. It took a little over 2 years to complete it.

Yeah, no way. Energy just doesn't dissapear into thin air. It has to be used or it gets stored as fat. I doubt you actually watch these people 24/7 to see what they eat and do all day every day.

What I described is common knowledge. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I filmed their whole lives, but what I said is the truth. I'm surprised that you haven't noticed anyone like this in your life. It typically changes once you reach adulthood or late 20's at the latest though. Those who could get away with it start putting on the pounds unless they make lifestyle changes.
You can't tell me how it works because it is false. Unless he somehow has superhuge organs or has a body temp of 1000000 degrees he must be doing something that isn't sedentary. If he doesn't move he is only burning 1500-2000 calories depending on his height. No way he eats 4000 calories and then doesn't gain weight. So what is common knowledge you speak of?
I eat like a pig and don't exercise at all. And i'm skinny, too skinny actually. My calories intake with my lifestyle would suggest i should be fat if not obese, but i'm not, quite the opposite. So yeah it's not as simple as you make it out to be.Few months later, a janitor kills a couple of kids at school because he has had enough of their **** - Everyone protest to ban janitors from schools.
