i would have to say that he prolly chose not to send it in because he obviously enjoyed destroying a $600 piece of equipment instead of being patient and sending it in to get it fixed...
while the loss of the game saves and everything would be enough to destroy my interest in playing ps3 i wouldnt' feel the need in buying a 40g. Maybe i should just set up my PS3 for a good drop kick and see how fun it really is.........:twisted:
i haven't had my 80g for very long however i haven't had any problems with any of my PS2 games so far altho i kinda messed up transfering my ps2 memory to my ps3 and ended up losing all of my ps2 stuff like my 100+ hours in FFX but anyway, its reliable enought for me for now altho i wouldn't mind having a 60g tho... guess thats what we get for waiting so long to get one...

it's totally worth it. its true it is very short but it is worth it's short length. it's kinda an underrated game i think, not given full credit because it is so short. i mean i wouldn't complain if it was a little longer tho haha
also is the fabric of the sheet rough at all? if so u may get all those pesky little scratches all over the same that dust can leave if you wipe it away with the wrong type of cloth
well its nice that it can connect to your ps3 so its a nice complement as well as FF Tactics and Crisis Core will be out for PSP in the end of march which will be shweet other than that i have no reason to have mine. But i would say yes buy it if you have or plan to have a PS3
