@Shadowsnake @Halloll while i agree with you on many aspects shadow, the AMD 8-cores are more of a show than anything, most Intel quad cores run faster and more efficiently.
@Halloll @Tzap single radeon 7950 ran it just fine for me. But I'm glad we got on some decent ground there. Devs are more concentrated on consoles these days because the sales are higher there. It doesn't mean that it's easier, it just gives them more space for revenue. The half-assed ports that they spend 3 seconds on for the PC are just extra revenue
@DiverseGamer ever heard of an HDMI port? It's that little cable thingy that you can use to hook up your computer to a TV, unless you have a computer/tv that was built in 1998
@Halloll @Tzap farcry 3 actually ran fine for me. I'm indifferent, i have a powerful pc, an xbox, and a ps3, just trying to say that you can't blame it on the PC for an extremely bad port that Rockstar didn't give a shit about.
@Halloll @Tzap don't be so single minded, plenty of ports have made it just fine, don't rely on a single game to take responsibility of the PC/GPUs. And before you mention Dark Souls, at least it had a 1mb fix made by a user ;p
Thank goodness someone of importance in the graphics engineering world pointed this out, but i'll have to agree, this is good for everyone. Consoles and PC's alike
@neowarrior121 sigh.... since I'm in the minority i'll give up the white flag, in a derogatory sense in which i didn't intent to start this in the first place. I hate conflict, so I'll say it again, thank goodness that they up'd the RAM to 8 rather than the intended 4. Perhaps i should have stopped my commentary there,
@jinzo9988 @Tzap talking about hard drive RPMs is pretty irrelevant, i don't even think they even make 4200 RPMs anymore, unless its for an extremely cheap budget line computer. Even if it was relevant, it would only effect games that require a transfer from the disc to the HD.
