Couldnt this topic have waited till Junish, when E3 was happening?
Anyway, you already know what I am gonna choose. UC1 and 2 are the best games this gen . 3 will be as well. GeoW1 was awesome. 2 wasnt. 3 will not be.

We know PC's are better, we just dont want you rubbing it in our faces. Not everyone can buy "Dem graafix" :(And for people who think that using the 'PC elitist' card is insulting:
'Elitism is the belief or attitude that some individuals, who form an elite — a select group of people with intellect, wealth, specialized training or experience, or other distinctive attributes — are those whose views on a matter are to be taken the most seriously or carry the most weight or those who view their own views as so; whose views and/or actions are most likely to be constructive to society as a whole; or whose extraordinary skills, abilities or wisdom render them especially fit to govern.'
You are basically calling us your superiors, and praising us.

[QUOTE="UC3Drake"]"Real Gamer"*face-palm*...... and besides , UC is known for its SP. which is why it got high scores. Vegas was glitchy , while ME2 catered to shooters. ME1 is a better game IMO, Mass Effect 2 just felt like i was rushing the combat to get to the next conversation, exactly the same with DA2 (though the combat is more enjoyable than that in origins) Bioware are better at stories and characters than they are at actual gameplay. I loved Fallout 3, but got bored with Fallout New Vegas after a few hours, is it worth a full playtthrough would you say>?It depends on luck really. My first playthrough went fine at all with only one glitch( my companion died from a fly -_-). But my 2nd play was chocked full of glitches. I could only play 2 hours before I got a game ending glitch.[QUOTE="killzoneded"]
That is my point, that polish level matters more inscores more than the actual core game, which is a joke for a real gamer like me
I definatly prefer a great game than a polished one, but the scores are nearly always inversly proportional
Vegas was better than Fallout 3 and ME1 was better than ME2, so the biggest scoring ones are the worst ones
as for Gears and U2, they do have multi, but is not the same as the single player campaign and i dont play online, so for me are one day rent titles

This generation sadly is true for most games
The moment Fallout Vegas went better it scored lower
The moment Mass Effect2 got more casual than ME1, scored higher
And games like Gears or U2 last an afternoon with just shooting stuff, boring as it gets

Fallout New Vegas was a buggy and unoptimized mess. Buggier than it's predecessor. That's why it scored lower.
Mass Effect 2 was an improvement over the first in almost every way. It makes sense the better game would score better.
Both Gears and Uncharted have multiplayer, Gears has horde mode. They provide a lot of content.

I can agree about UC2, but dude, really? Doesn't contiuous rehashing of the same gameplay become basic gameplay?Of course, unless you do something new and interesting with that gamplay(Galaxy)(Spinning Tops)(Climbing while shooting)[QUOTE="killzoneded"]
Actually the 90+ are games only casuals will enjoy, usually are linear and 5-7 hours cinematic titles with basic gameplay

How many times do these theads need to be created and how many times do the creaters need to get badly owned before people stop this nonsense? Both Crysis 2 on consoles and KZ3 look like ass when compared to Crysis "anything" on the PC anyway!

Actually the xbox 360 version of Crysis 2 looks about same as the PC version maxed
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. And NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.[QUOTE="waltefmoney"]

That's not true.

The moment Fallout Vegas went better it scored lower.I agree, I would've rated it a 9 if Fawkes was in it though.
The moment Mass Effect2 got more casual than ME1, scored higher.I never really understood why this one got super hyped. The first one was insanely better.
And games like Gears or U2 last an afternoon with just shooting stuff, boring as it gets.Replay UC2 and say the term "Boring" again.
I went from GeOW2 to Kirby/Pokemon many times :).
