Licence point will fill up eventually. Every enemy you kill you get 1 licence point.

And for weapons..

Vaan: Anything, Yeah just anything will suit him. All his stats are friggin high. include him in your main party.
Baalthier: Great Swords, Guns, spears.
Fran: Bows.
Ashe: Katana, and magic based weapons.
Bashe: Great swords spears cause he is only strength.
Penelo: Katana and magic based weapons. She has high stats in magics.

same with me i don't even have any games for it yet it's so fun am on it hours on end Hman321

lol I remember when I was in that state.

The PSP is not dead at all. This year its gonna kick other handhelds ass.

Its a portable video player, music player, internet browser, image viewer, camera & a high end portable game machine.
