It depends on the PC game, Killzone 3 looks better than MW3 on PC. I know because I played MW3 on PC and it doesn't look that much better from the console versions.
I do think PS3 games are the graphics kings, Uncharted 2/3, Killzone 2/3, God of War 3 are the best looking games I have ever played. 360 has some really good looking games to like Gears 3 and Halo 4.

What exactly is 'garbage' about Halo 4? Unless you hate the series, Halo 4 offers everything a Halo fan want. Same good gameplay, decent story, amazing graphics, addicting mp and coop modes, splitscreen, polished overall experience.
That said, i gave it 9.0. It's not a flawless game.

Let's be honest here. Decent story, same gameplay and graphics aren't exactly what make a 9.0 material game.
It could be, when the 'same old gameplay' is still one of the best in the genre.
That's true, since MMO and any online game doesn't really have to change MUCH to not become bland if the gameplay is solid(and owning real people feels great), but from my experience. I couldn't stand a Halo game for more than 30 minutes.
