Actually, I wouldn't be too surprised if this info is true. Microsoft already does peculiar and annoying stuff like filling most of the Xbox Dashboard with advertisements, even if you have a Gold account.

Agreed. I just don't think the quality is, in my opinion, as good as it should be.

Sure, they fixed the File share/browser, and bugs and stuff, but much of this could have been avoided if 343 had done a public beta for the multiplayer and/or just spent more time working on the game. Just look at Customs, it has been severely stripped when you compare it to Customs in Reach.

If these things could have been worked on and finished before release, 343 Industries could have had a lot more room to focus on areas like the playlists, bug fixing, Spartan Ops, and so on.

@VegasDawg @Spartan_418 @ChiefReaver Yeah, giving us a "free" campaign (that requires a Gold subscription to play it) with reused levels (multiple times too), repetitive objectives, takes about 5 - 10 minutes to complete each level, and plus there are no consequences for dying...
