@wavelength121 @pstaveley Well, judging from all the money the devs make off of previous games in those franchises, I'm pretty sure those games do not suck. Especially since the games I've mentioned aren't even out yet. Hopefully you are smart enough to know when you haven't played a game (in this case, you can't play any of the games I mentioned), you cannot say it sucks, nor can you say it's good. So I would suggest that you just wait until the games come out, rent them (and play them), then look at reviews, and THEN say if you dislike or like that game.
"It's a simple answer: the Wii U is designed to appeal to everybody."
Isn't that what they said the Wii would be like? Oh well, not getting this anyways. While some Nintendo products are great (SNES, N64), the Wii U does not appeal to me in anyway, especially after getting the Wii and ultimately getting bored of it after a year.
That would be a lot better. And if they really wanted to make money with this, then it could be just a one-time fee just like 90% of the games already out there.
Wow, she seems to contradict herself. Funny how she references characters in Batman: Arkham City (1:15) because those sexual "themes" have been in the Batman comics for a loooong time, not necessarily all the characters but you get the point. Saying your against a game staying along the lines of the comics (in this case: Batman) is like saying the Harry Potter movies should not be based off of the books and should be set in the future with magic guns.
It is all a matter of opinion when it comes to something like Video Games, since it has so many styles/genres. If she thinks some games are sexist, then that's fine with me. In some cases I might agree with her depending on the game. But I am positive that not all Women think any sexualized game is sexist.
