It clearly states that they can, without a reason, and without even having to notify you; remove anything from your account at any time.

Well, after spending over 20 hours trying to really enjoy the game I just couldn't take it anymore.

This reviewer was too lenient with his review, failed to mention several things wrong with the game; and none of the Goods in this review, nor the emblems are real.

It's like the reviewer was playing a different game altogether.

I've been a TW fan since the original Rome, and I can't wait untill we get a full conversion a la Roma Svrrectvm, or Evropa Barbarorvm; but in its current state RTW2 is just not enjoyable.
