Sure but if you read from the txt on the link i sent earlier, you'll see that ps3 isn't exacly left out from GTA IV exclusives. They're gonna release it for ps3 to, you wait and see.

it is not a new xmb but a updated version of it where you can play games while entering you're xmb

When people talk about ingame chat or messaging does that mean other than normal ingame chat? Maybe like using the chat option from the xmb? It would be cool to get a couple of friends to join a chat session then each lauch their game and you would only be talking to your buds, sorta like pc gaming and using team speak.
