so true so true
Now thats a good read.
So , the Gamespot editors don`t want to write reviews at this time.
Cause everybody could be next. If CNET doesn`t even respect a guy with an 11 year history....
Sales is runing the show now.
Corporate America has managed to creep it`s way into the Gamespot offices.
Now there is really no reason to stick with this site. The last one ; "please turn off the lights".
How can you ever trust Gamespot again. It`s just the name , that is left.
If the sales people say jump , the editors better do it , or they`re fired like Jeff.
And how can WE the gamers and customers allow this by coming here , or even subscribing to this charade.
I sure hate it for the Gamespot editors , but for those with integrity "it`s time to move on".
Soon this place will be for 12 year olds and their grand parents , a place where they can read , what jolly fun Wii Fit and Sing Star is...yada , yada. It will be the American Idol of Video Games.
Man , i had this feeling for a long time , that Gamespot would hold back some reviews until the games hit the shelf.
But i`m not into the whole conspiracy thing. To read that there was an actual system behind it. Screw that , this sucks , so much about Gameslut.
These days i read Kotaku or Destructoid , they have the latest info...and much faster then the "corporate places".
And if those blogs get corrupted by money too , well , then it`s time to move on again.
And one day , i might have to move to a place that "corporate America" doesn`t care about , cause it will never generate any revenue.
Maybe i move close to "Funspot" so i can play Donkey Kong. :D
See ya`ll , wherever that may be.
