mario is the most recognized figure of gaming. nah master chief...give him 20 more years and he will if he continues his popularity. if he does it for 20 more years, he will.
if nintendo decided to make the wii more powerful, it would've failed. the 360 already won the prize for hi powered gaming machine. they'd rather stay out of the fight and play their own game. rather than lose the fight everbody's in.
