If the episodic content doesn't regain the money of what Microsoft paid, Take-Two has to pay Microsoftthe amount of money thatMicrosoft didn't get. So say if Microsoft paid $10 Million for the content and they only made $7 Million from the content, Take Two has to pay Microsoft $3 Million dollars.

So saying that, if Microsoft regains their money, Take Two doesn't have to pay anything to Microsoft.

I mean the truth is, you're still watching movies in high definition and you can still watch normal dvds on both.

Without the PS3 i'm sure no one would ever mention this.

I myself can watch a DVD and then watch the same movie in HDDVD or blu ray and not care at all. I'm watching the movie then i'm done with absolutely no care i nthe world. Just as long as the movie is clear im fine with it and i'm sure alot of other people are fine with it too.

But yeah, tell me why people care and why it's in SYSTEM wars, thanks.
