[QUOTE="worldsworstgame"] Faster downloads [yes I checked myself by downloading the Army of Two 40th day demo on both systems] and you don't have to install, sleeker and more fluid interface, more content in it's marketplace, more demos, more arcade titles, more integration into it's games. I also notice a lot more people have mics on Live since a free mic came with the earlier 360 models [assuming they didn't suffer from RROD] Most of these features are free anyway, for me paying 4 dollars a month [ I get XBL cards off Amazon for cheap] is more convenient then having to utilize a seperate system and account strictly for online play. Although I play Uncharted 2 and MAG I use my 360 for multiplat multiplayer games.Grovilis
People who actually thoroughly play Xbox Live with friends should know that Live is definitely more polished and has more tweaks than PSN such as game invites, voice messages, and just a better profile system. I also just want to add that downloads are DEFINITELY longer on PSN and that's not even looking at the mandatory installations.-Perhaps you didn't know, but Games have game invites on the PS3/PSN. I get invites to BATTLEFIELD: BAD COMPANY 2 frequently.
-Downloads, I can't say for sure because Comcast caps my speed to about 1 to 1.3mb per sec (Comcast are punks) unless I pay more so my demos are downloading at that speed
-I don't agree with the "sleeker" interface. In fact, it looks kind of kidish and cumbersome to me. PS3's interface seems much more "no nonsense" (boring) which is just the way I like my interfaces to pretty much everything.
-I can't agree with more content, because Sony has alot of stuff (Movies, Music , TV shows) along with their games.
*I do agree XBOX LIVE has more game demos, but PS3 has approx 340 demos and about 200 PSP demos...that surely isn't bad.
Now what PS3 has over XBOX LIVE is the entire internet....Youtube, Justin TV, Free movie downloads, Free TV downloads, Hulu, MLB TV, NHL Game Center, Free theme downloads, free music downloads, Pandora....and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
No question, PS3's total online features and services are waaayy more extinsive and liberal...by far.
