Sweet! I have always wanted a Saturn, the only real system I skipped over. Are games these days still crazy expensive for it?

I played FF11 for quite a while. I'm not really liking the look of the new models too much here, but the world looks like its going to be a little more colorful which can't hurt. I may have to play a human when it rolls around because the way Taru's look now seem creepier than they did before...

And no male mithras? >.> Boo.

the first resident evil, there's just something really eery about it

and I'm not talking about the gamecube remake, I mean the PS1 version... the out of date factor somehow adds to the creepiness

To this day the original RE scares me, its just so bland and eerie. But TC, it really depends on what scares you. Do you hate killers chasing you? Look up the Clock Tower series. Ghosts? Fatal Frame series. Zombies and Chainsaw maniacs? RE series. Abnormal creatures and psychological horror (I.E., mannequins getting raped)? Silent Hill series. Call of Cthulu has some freaky parts though, but first person freaky. It all depends on your preference though.

If you like music like that you'd probably love the band Ratatat, one of the greatest ever.

Did anyone hear any myths from friends or anywhere else that were untrue.

I heard this one at school is obviously not true:

Running around the fountain in Boo's courtyard (Super mario 64) over 100 times without falling in and you could play as luigi.

I remember that rumor! Weird.

XII is also combat and walking. The characters have no depth, and the story isn't really there. Like others said, play it first and any other FF will seem godly.

Slashers all the way. I love watching people get chased and trying to defend themselves. I don't really like supernatural slashers though where the bad guy takes forever to kill, I prefer it when the baddies are actual people or characters. So yeah, whenever I'm sad I'll pop in a slasher flick. Sick, but true.

And I'm also a huge zombie fan.

I could do without the other highly overrated genres. I just don't get anything out of them. One has lots of jump scares and the other has grotesque scenes meant to make me squirm. Nah thanks.
