So why don't MOST other games do that then? SWTOR, Skyrim are just about the only games I could think of right now that have that issue. Other games seem to render things properly with a very consistent 60fps.
And small villages like Riverwood run worse than Whiterun (which is a town/larger town). :/
You mean that town that is in its own zone runs better then a part of the huge world? I wonder why.... Skyrim for the PC as poorly optimized and it uses more CPU power than it should. Have you people downloaded "TESV Acceleration Layer" from Skyrim Nexus yet? 10fps boost in cities on average... It's basically a "community code optimization".
