People are ignorant and have the bravery to say things like this. Because they know they will probably never meet or know the person they are trash talking to IRL.

For instance, I was playing CoD4 and I was casually talking to my friend about how his GCSEs were going etc. And some random guy says "Shut The F*** Up!"

I simply replied to him as I do with all people who give this attitude, "I think there is a mute button somewhere, perhaps you could use it instead of sitting their idly on your buttocks, trash talking to me!"

However you can find decent people to talk too on XBL. But the majority of them are screaming 12 year olds with annoyingly high voices...

I may only be 13-14 years of age but I can fully understand why the GS and XBL community wants these damn trash talkers out of here so we can all just enjoy the damn game!

To be honest I wouldn't dream of gaming on a laptop. I would advise you too try and build a rig if possible, it's upgradeable and alot more reliable.

The Last Good Story I Played In A Game... Hrm... I Would Have To Say... Call of Duty 4. Call of Duty 4's ending was a kick in the ba- I mean nuts. Almost kicked me so hard, it would make me cry :'(

But the ultimate game story would have to be Vampire : The Masquerade - Redemption. It's almost a decade old now, but I still go back to it as it is one of my favourite games of all time.

I really... really... hope they don't include chainsaw duels. It will turn out just like a chainsaw bayonet, completley an utterly useless, due to the fact that you will be shot before you can even get close enough to use it.

Also there is no doubt, that someone will find out how to glitch this thing up, if it was included.

The Orange Box is a great package, and its worth taking a look at to say the least. The half life series kept me entertained for the most part, even though I had already played HL2 on the PC I still found some fun in finding things I didn't notice before, and doing it in a different way. Half Life Episode 1 is a bit short and only really emphasies on developing characters more than anything else. I've not finished episode 2 yet so I can't comment on it!

Portal is almost perfect, however if you do not like challenging puzzles... then you may want to give it a miss. TF2 is a fun game, but you might as well just buy CoD4 if you are solely looking to buy TOB (The Orange Box) for TF2.

Oh, and a little tip... READ REVIEWS! ^_^

[QUOTE="Vampire_Turtle"]I really do not want to go through that haunted mansions mission again -_-biggest_loser

Why not just face your fears? Let me tell you a story about a young gamer many years ago...

There was a boy who thought that he was the king of gaming. No game was too difficult to finish, no puzzle to confusing, no boss too powerful. Then he played a game called Thief: Gold...

He went pretty well until he came to a mission called The Haunted Cathedral - he was so scared to play it that he left the game for 2 years. His crown was taken away from him! The title of the worlds greatest gamer removed!

Then one day he took his time to think about it ...and at last he decided to play the game. It took him literally an entire day to finish the mission. He faced his fears, the ghosts, spiders, haunts, etc. All day. He earned a headache for his trouble since he played so long. Doctors said he would never game again. But he recovered and went on to finish the game and then the whole series.

That was a long time ago...

Give the level another go!

That was you then I take it? Yes many games have been very atmospheric to me and have given me a jidder up my spine, but this mission seems to make me want to leave the PC...

Yes that was me kiddo...a man can learn a lot 'bout himself when he plays a game like that. Showed what kinda character a was - a weak one. 'Was a long time ago now...

Well I took your advice dude, and I managed to do it. I'm glad I didn't cheat or get someone elses save. Thanks dude.

Lol was it a bit scary?wood_duck

Yes, but also the fact that I've had to do that mission over 5 bloody times. Just to have my computer crash and burn every now and again and having to format my HDD. >_
