the only reason why I'm not buying it is because they didn't bother adding something like rubber pads to prevent the disc scratching, which is really absurd, considering that even the ps2 had that kind of protection. I accidentaly scratched one of my discs because the 360 tilted, I waited for the slim and they seem to have improved it over the old one in several aspects but yet they add a huge sticker that warns you that the disc gets scratched when moving the 360. so, no thanks, this is enough reason for me not to get a slim.

Unless you live on a boat or something it shouldn't tilt without it being on the floor where it can get kicked or bumped. That is a horrible excuse not to buy one (if you don't own a 360). If you're that scarred, lay it down. I've had a 360 for almost 3 years and never had it scratch a disc, even with it being bumped. I even changed the position of mine with a game in and it was fine (of course the system wasn't on). So don't make it into that big a deal.

There's plenty of people online, and the ranking system is addictive(if not annoying at the same time). As long as you get a host with a good connection then there will rarely be lag. It's different enough from other shooters to be worth the buy, especially with the price it's at.

On a completely unrelated note to the topic TC, I'd get Batman on the PS3 because being able to play as the Joker is going to be exclusive to the PS3 version. So if you get the Xbox version you'll be missing out on that.

I'm not too worried about KZ's online community dying, Vegas 2 has been out for a long time and still has a great community even with games like Modern Warfare and Killzone out.

Oh something else, I play Vegas 2 online right now and I'm used to not having shields or a lot of health, are either of these games like that healthwise? regenerating health, med-packs?
