Not sure if this is already a topic but lets do it!..
OK we are well passed the gen of all those great consoles (Nintendo GameCube, Playstation 2, Xbox) so here we are in 2013.So in your opinion which one was the greatest of that generation and why?
To me it came down to the gamecube or xbox...and I think the xbox won it. because of the pure enjoyment I got with system linking with friends and the games and graphics were amazing. I remember never leaving my friends house for a whole summer. we had our xboxs on 24/7 playing halo 2 everday!. and it was just a sexy looking console to me.
I just wanna see a remake of the game from the ground up not just the same game with better rendered graphics (the original was amazing but still) and then release it with a trailer and or a demo for a sequel. I just hope bioware doesnt loose their touch like they did with mass effect.
At the end of the day we are all gamers so we play what we like or what the mainstream crowd likes.. that said I have never enjoyed CoD or AC so I dont play them.. but I do get mad when someone tries to criticize me for liking halo over CoD saying halo is a cartoon and CoD is realism (makes me so mad I wanna punch a baby) but I think CoD gets more hate cause they just keep spitting it out year after year and calling it "amazing new gameplay" when its pretty much all the same. AC isnt yet there with CoD wait till their in their 10th game then maybe it will get more hate.. To me CoD is like a main stream game it isnt really all that good (it was back when modern warfare was released) its only popular cause so many NON gamers play it thinking their gamers and they get their friends to get it and it just spreads.
Mine does that too from time to time but it only last not even a minute. sometimes it will do it for a few seconds when I turn it off also the fan sometimes kicks into high gear lol for a minute I have no idea why it does what it does haha. mines a 360 slim bout a year old and I take better care of it than I do my wife.
