Don't use cheats if your trying to 100% the game. Take your time to clear the old hospital, use cover and clear each room. The hardest bit will the the exit of the old hosipital, take your time kill the cops and the move on. When you steal a car just find a long stretch and just drive and pray they don't repsawn infront of youleonhead

I really dont care about the 100% at this point, but killing the guys was easy, the cops is what gave me trouble. I was trying not to kill them as I already had 3 stars at the time. I did manage to get extremely lucky on my 3rd attempt though, I manged to get away from the police with all of my armor and health gone. The health was blinking a fraction of red and then I escaped. So I didn't have to use the cheat.

This may have been asked already, but I am having trouble with the old hospital missions where you retireve the Coke. The cops keep killing me before I can get outside the circle to the "safe zone", so I was thinking about using the Lower Wanted Level Cheat, but....

Will Using that cheat permenatly stop me from not getting the "Walked Free" aceivement, or will it only temporarily block it for just that mission?

I have never used cheats in GTA IV yet, and I do have AutoSave On.
