Beat me by some mins....will probably be released elsewhere by Summer 2010...can't wait for it but at least I have Rfactor and will get GTPSP and Forza 3 to satisfy my Race head for the meantime.
Currently playing it...first thoughts are: graphics are improved over Portable Ops, cutscenes are still comic book style :(...everythings in Japanese so I can't understand anything they say :(
Edit:Take that back graphics are amazing for it being on the PSP,Im stuck on the beach cause I dont know what to do and controls are inverted I guess.Can't wait for the actual game though I also have to get back and play Portable Ops...
Maybe I missed it but I can't believe anyone hasn't mentioned Race Driver 2006 by far its the most amazing and complete racing game on the PSP...graphics are almost as good as their xbox/ps2 counterparts and it can have up to 21 cars on track, plus theres a variety of racing types from rallycross to indy to stock cars to trucks to f1.Yeah its a port of the 2004 game Toca 2 but it has every single feature of that game except online play which was a strong point in the xbox version but still its an amazing game.Other than Race Driver theres Nascar 06 but unfortunately that game feels very outdated since the cars and drivers have changed so much.Also keep your eye out for Formula 1 2009 coming out on November.
I tried playing Ps1 games via remote play but unfortunately I couldn't use the analog stick or play the games in widescreen,I'm wondering if I buy a Ps1 game via PSN will it play on widescreen in the PSP and the PS3 or is it 4:3? thanks
I bought a PSP 3000 just for Gran Turismo Mobile I agree that Simulation Mode is the heart and soul of the GT series but honestly I could care less if its not in the game,I'm just glad that after 4 years of waiting we are finally getting Gran Turismo Mobile, unless the game only consists of driving challenges and arcade mode then I'll be dissapointed....... P.S. is Toca 3 worth it?does it have a career mode and stuff? I'm getting Toca 2006 soon but am considering buying Toca 3 later on.
I've completed FF 2,4 and 7 and am currently doing the Tidus storyline,its a great game, a must buy for any PSP owner, can't wait to complete all of the stories so I can start doing battles via wi fi.
Thanks for the response guys,I got the Dissidia bundle with 1 year extended warranty (it was 20$ so screw it) but Im having some problems with the screen,I dont know how to describe it but im gonna try my best....theres about .1-.2 milimeter surrounding the outer part of the whole screen in which theres a difference in the color or something its kinda lighter...it kinda looks like a small frame in the screen.Its very noticeable in the quit game screen or any other color that isn't white.Is it a defect or is it the supposed scan line problem? Actually I hate this thread,it got me addicted to Kal Online I have played that game since my first post in this thread (me thinks its the first page) but thankfully I no longer play it.Still its a good game,I log in every now and then.
