It doesn't make sense to count bad games though because you don't have to buy them. It's not like you're talking about good and bad features of a system, in which case you're getting the whole thing, good and bad. You don't have to buy bad games.

That is why I wanted to put this to a vote.

Also, the reason I am doing this is because of the nature of "quality controls". That is the key problem with the PC.

If the PC want to be in the same horse race, then I think all games should be counted.

no. it's just considered somebody trying to change the rules in order to make their system look better.

SO basically whoever made the rules in the first place had a bias towards PC, because of W rules PC can't lose. There are so many more games made ofr PC - the architecture never dramaticlaly changes so there are no generations, just improvemnets. It will aloways be easier and less expensive to make PC games(not specific titels, but in general), so there will many more, therefore giving it a better cahnce of getting AA and AAA games and exclusive also since we have the expense I talked about that little developers can't deal with.

Sure it can, but with the rules as stated it won't. There are just too many games released for PC and therefore much more of a chance of more quality games.

What if we count bad games (and exlcusives too just to be consitent) AnythingAE and below counts. Whoever has the most is the loser - I'm not going to do the leg work,but I bet you anything using those rules PC loses.

That's why average is used to crown the batting champ in baseball and not total hits!

I propose this, if the vote is now that games are the determiner of who wins we count ALL games. those who are under 5.0 subtract from the systems score.

I will be democratic, we will ALL vote and we will see the winner.

Choice A. We only count Top games

Choice B. We cound all games and subpar games go against a platforms score.

See, this is one of the REASON console systems use quality controls on games.

ok, lets add in PC's, but each time a new line of Graphics cards come out the PC ranking must be reset.

Seems only fair, if the PC is going to compete with consols, if each leap in technology had to reset the rankings.

Because each leap in concole technology resets them, lets take the same rule of PC's.

This reminds me of playing a baseball game where the rules constantenly change based on who is winning.

Billy says the rule of the game is that the person that can hit the ball the furtherest is the winner.

This whole think seems like sour grapes from people who use the old argument from the NES - PS2 days comming back to bite then in the a$$.

If this becomes the official rule of system wars then I dont see any reason to continue using the site if the rules can simply change if the Wii startes having more AAA games.

I am a 360 and Wii owner and fell that you have simply imposted your own will on a battle that you were losing.

At leats with trolls you can ignor tem, but when a Mod turn corrupt, they ruin the whole site.
