I love the historical placement of the AC universe but the brotherhood and revelations games have flaws. The new games needs to drop the den defence, and other pointless exercises and bring back horses but make them as fast as ac2 cos in brotherhood they were far too slow

Humanity will constantly be at war with each other as we can't look beyond our differences of nationality, race, religion or any other microscopic difference. The FPS genre is troubling, I do play the games and seeing soldiers die onscreen whether it be in a game is still distressing as you think who do the virtual characters represent, the men who come home after tours with limbs missing or in coffins. Their families rent asunder by the loss, we can say their deaths served a higher purpose but for some of the families the grief outways the patriotic BS. For the record I'm from the uk and have always supported NATO operations in Iraq and Afghanistan

Bought uncharted 2 used, loved it. And will be willing to Pre order the third game. So in doing so naughty dog and sony will make money on that. Also, if Sony and microsoft charge publishers £10 for bringing their titles to the platform, the cost of the game is actually £30, if you factor in sales taxes and the game will still make a profit per sale, so second hand sales are pure profit and make no real difference to a games profitability

@Darth_Kane. You are probably right some police in the 40's were men who would plant evidence and beat confessions out of a convenient suspects. That would be more realistic to our preconceptions to the time period but please explain, what's wrong I. Using your brain to solve a crime?

I play games for an engaging story, characters and good gameplay. Have played FPSs since the mid-90's, now moving toward adventure games like LA Noire and AC2 as I do not want to interact with people when playing games and I beleive the MP experience in most games is a relatively pointless try and kill someone who is most likely cheating. I will probably be one of the few still playing SP games in the future.

Love action films and games but how often is a male protagonist a thinker? Not often, usually a 'meathead' strongman because this sells. Unfortunately the entertainment industries are extremely superficial for every film like a beautiful mind there are hundreds of die hards. Same with games, heavy rain or bulletstorm being exemplars. I believe that stereotypes of both men and women are prevalent in the industries and only those deemed mature enough to be exposed to it should be. So this means parents actually checking what their kids are buying, play their games to get an idea od the content and context and then you can explain the actions of the character and if they would be appropriate or not in reality.

Pet peeve about Halo Reach. There was no animosity between the Spartan II's as they were all kidnapped and trained together. Even if they have been fighting in different squads and your character is dropped into Noble, it won't matter, so that animosity in the first cutscene to me feels tacked on.
