You've gotta remember that a lot of the downloading speed has to do with the outdated wireless that the PS3 is still using -- the newer N-rated wireless guts should be much faster. They already said that your game will be tied to your account after you register your "code".

Yes but he is saying if you get, say, $30 back in credit for a digital trade-in with Microsoft that you can put towards a NEW game, then it may all come out the same in the wash.. That is M$'s plan.
