Cause I bought an extended warranty on my 360 there and I wanna know if the wait to get it back will be one week or two (the Microsoft service center is right in my province and it's a small one). Worst part is, about 4 months ago my friend's 360 one red lighted, and he got it back on thursday. Not 36 hours later, mine red lights, and right after i get gears 2, cod 5 and banjo kazooie nuts and bolts...rrgaskdghhh

1. It is a complete game, because those are considered extra features
2. Where did they ever explicitly advertise "a complete game"?
3. Even if there was a law, they could easily call it a glitch
