All I'm hearing is "graphics graphics graphics" and I'm sick of it. I'm glad that Nintendo went in another direction this gen and apparently LOTS of other gamers are as well. Why are graphics so emphasised this gen?

Graphics were emphasised every gen, by everyone. Last gen lemmings and sheep made certain to let the cows known they had better graphics. RE4 anyone?

It's just this gen that sheep don't seem to care about graphics. Strange isn't it?

Actually, ever since the PSP came out it has owned the DS game wise.

Yeah PSP had a very slow 08. But one slow year and people call it dead? Why are people harder on the PSP then they are on consoles?

Two main reasons...

1) The majority of AA PSP games are the inferior versions of multiplats. SW doesn't give multiplats a lot of attention.

2) A lot of those games are yearly sports sequels. SW in general doesn't like sports games; take into account that MLB 06 is useless when MLB 07 comes out, and you realize those numbers aren't exactly perfect representations of how many quality games are on the system.

I don't dislike the system, but those are the most common and valid reasons used by people.
