Did all you editors play this? Or are you going by the review score?
I thought this game was extremely boring. I couldn't suffer more than 5 hours. Never been a fan of JRPG's, so it may just be my taste. More of a fan of old school Bioware RPG's, turn-based, like KotOR, or otherwise.
Didn't even read this, but game prices should be the literal LAST thing affected by any tariffs, as there is no physical product to import. Secondly... We've had tariffs placed on China from Trumps first term, that Biden kept. Didn't notice any price increase then. Thirdly, I can almost guarantee that tariffs will be squarely aimed towards China for obvious reasons.
The crooked politicians sold out our country for decades to China to fatten their pockets. We gotta get out from under this again. It won't be easy, but its gotta be done nonetheless.
I remember when I was a kid... We used to have "Made In USA" products. The quality was a hundred fold over the disposable cheap Chinese JUNK we're forced to have now. Chinese stuff was available back then also, but was a mockery in comparison because it was so inferior. Even though it was significantly cheaper, nobody bought it because the quality wasn't there.
We need manufacturing back in the US. And yes, it'll cost a little more, be a LOT better, and I think Americans won't have any problem supporting American made as long as it's the same level of quality it used to be.
I wish they would release a "remaster" of the original Shadowman. I much preferred that game to these. It sticks in my head that they're on the same playing field because I played them at the same time on the PS1/N64 and they have very similar themes and very comparable in story telling.
My friend was the Legacy of Kain guy, I was a Shadowman enthusiast.
But it's great to see the classics being somewhat modernized. At least it's a good game they can't screw up, lol.
@jenovaschilld: I have the PS headphones, the Pulse 3D's. The reason I was looking elsewhere was because the directional sound is terrible, but that may be more of the software powering the sound than the hardware. It's almost impossible to tell the difference from a sound in front of you, to a sound behind you. Left and right are fine, just the front to back is weak.
