If they ever released a Bushido Blade 3 my life would grind to a halt while I spent every waking minute playing it on PSN, killing 13 year olds with one hit.
Wolverine is fun while the the graphic violence is still amusing but it does start to wear thin after a couple hours. Raven made it, and Soldier of Fortune had the same problem, once the novelty of the violence wears off you start noticing that the game you're playing is painfully average. I know they're capable of good games, since they made the excellent Jedi Knight II and Take No Prisoners, but they have a tendency to cover mediocrity up with ultraviolence.
I am so excited for ModNation Racers. It's can't be released soon enough. Once it does, it'll be all my girlfriend and I do, since we play a lot of Mario Kart and this is more of the same, only with loads of customization.Yeah same here pretty much. I had to much on my system for all 3 vids. Yeah ModNation Racers looks great like the PS3 version of Mario Kart. Which I will say I'm going to make some MK copies of tracks to the best I can. Then will it be EPIC!!!

I got mine the Christmas it came out and I haven't looked back. Sure there was a big long drought of PS3 games but now, multiplatform games are getting better and the PS3's exclusives are becoming more numerous. I say go for it.TakiwaraAnd the PS3 exclusives tend to be a lot less generic than the 360's, which is why my 360 is currently serving solely as a Carcassonne machine. And not just the retail games, either, since PSN is full of really clever, inventive, original and experimental games. Games like Flower, The Last Guy and Echochrome.
In a JRPG you play through a story that you have no direct input in, you gain experience, you level up. In a western RPG you actually play a role since you create a character based around the way you want to play and what you want their personality to be and your actions and the choices you make (which are related ot the role that you are playing) directly influence the story, you gain experience, you level up, you develop skills. Just look at all the different ways you could play (the roles you could play) the first two Fallout games. My favorite is playing a character with very low intelligence, since your dialog choices are that of a drooling retard and everyone makes fun of you and talks down to you. If anything a JRPG is a usually turn-based combat game with RPG elements. There isn't any actual roleplaying at all.[QUOTE="VoiceOfPlanet"][QUOTE="BoxingTheStars"]
well if he wants a true rpg experience then he has to go with a jrpg while western ones are still good (oblivion is one of my favoriate games this gen) i just dont think they are true rpgs the seem more like action/adventure with rpg elements

well everyone has different taste i am a huge movie fan and i love a great story so i love how jrpgs have this great epic story laid out before you and you are pretty much just playing the story instead of focusing mainly on customizing your character
You want a great story? Play Planescape: Torment. It's incredible.
ya im surprised they would release a game that has so much to do with hitler and nazis. there are pictures of hitler everywheregrand17The end boss is Hitler wielding not one but two gatling guns.
Yes, you should. It has great exclusives and it can also double as an excellent HTPC with the addition of 90 dollar laptop drive and an installation of Linux, which is something that Sony actually allows you to do so it won't void your warranty.
If you've never played an RPG before do yourself a favor and play a western one i.e. one that isn't embarrassingly terrible.[QUOTE="VoiceOfPlanet"][QUOTE="Kurdish-Gamer"] You are welcome, I've never played an RPG game before but I think my first one will be White Knight ChroniclesBoxingTheStars
