yes they are expensive, but one 9800GTX dosent compare to two 3870's in Crossfire, Plus the Alienware has the only Quad core extreme for laptops, plus the fact that you can get two solid stateHard drives in Raid 0 the toshiba only offers one hard drive at 7200 rpm , and the fact that the M17uses 4 GB DDR3 ram @ 1066 mhzit will be much faster than almost anylaptop. on top of all of that you can get a Blu-ray burner.and it still has a QUAD CORE in a laptop!!!if you have the cash go for it you wont regret it
Alienware hands down, the m17 can have the intel core 2 quad extreme, dual 3870's in crossfire, and uses DDR3 ram. I would STRONGLY recommend buying alienware.
if your a paintball player (like me) use your HPA tank NOT CO2, and use a gun cleaning air nozzel and tada! air that lasts much longer than canned air and is completely free
well i think that the Alienware M17 (not M17x) is the absolute best gaming laptop but that will be triple your budget..... but i would go for the ASUS from above with your budget
