So they get the low end of shooters? themajormayorYou are getting really good at consistency with your dumb comments. Only an idiot (Or butthurt Hermit) would say the Crysis series is the bottom of the genre God damn people in this forum are stupid.

Syndicate was great. That would be my second choice after Spec Ops.Spec Ops.

The Darkness 2.

I love the fact I have see a lot of people like ^^^^ who I know has never played Forza 4. Anyone who has played both knows right off the bat that GT5 can't compete with it. I already said why I think Grid is the best. No one has countered my argument unless you wanna count dumb gifs as an argument which I don't.
So here we go again. I like the look of all of Codemasters games. I like the EGO engine they use. The bloom and reflections are gret. I like the fact that they do not stick too much to real world tracks. There is a lot of variety in the locals and track selections. Love the uphill battes and the drifting. Love the derby. There is a lot of variety in the racing unlike say GT5. I do not need 20 civics or 500 cars. I just wanna good selection where they control differently. Also- None of these racers are true sim racers so I will take the one that is fun to play. GT5 feels like work. Forza is fun but it is missing the variety. The one place Grid out does itself is where all of Codmasters racers do. The career mode and structure is fun to play through. They mix it up nicely. 2 hours into GT5 all I have got is elevator music and about 5 tracks that all look the same. Baby blue sky and a lot of green on the side of the road. Could it get any more bland?

It is funny to see people try and not add shooters that have appeared on consoles.
To this day they refuse to acknoledge that consoles do have great shooters. Hermits crack me up.

Yea, because the only people biased towards their system of choice are hermits.
They are the worst. I will give you that.Gabe sure does **** and complain a lot. God forbid someone be behind him in a buffet he isn't happy with.
You are obviously too stupid to read the title so I will just say I am a Lem with a better PS3 collection than you and end it right there. The argument is pointless because one is an arcade game and one is a sim.
TC is a lem, so obviously he played forza, saw the arcade game it is and made this thread to compare to grid, another arcade game.

[QUOTE="mitu123"]Glad more people are realizing that GT5 isn't quite the looker that people were making it out to be. Its actually *better* What's better?[QUOTE="WarTornRuston"]
PS3 has some great exclusive racers. The Motorstorm series (Especially Apocalypse) and Wipeout HD are quite fantastic. Even Modnation Racers is a fun game. But I just got finished playing GT5 XL for an hour and I was falling asleep. The graphics are just plain bad. The original course lay-outs are cool but they all look the same. The dirt tracks suck. The real world tracks and just over done. The city tracks is where GT5 shines but there just isn't enough of them.
The career is terrible as well. Time to trade it in. Dirt, Grid, Shift 2, the Need for Speed games, and the other Sony exclusive racers are enough. GT5 is the biggest disappointment on the PS3. What were Polyphony Digital doing over the last 5 or 6 years? Time to hand that series over to the Santa Monica Studios.
