@DavidinCT: Yes, I meant the number, not their practices. And of course depends on the region. In Europe we have an amazon portal for each country, so as soon as, say, Germany has stock, Italian people can import from there. Add that to drops becoming more frequent and they have a lot less business around here. In the US is likely more complicated, same for Asian regions I imagine.
And also yes: the problem is people buying from them not giving a damn. I do hope those buying from scalpers get a faulty one and then face the brick wall of not having guarantee.
@MigGui: Commonly, websites tend to refer as "online only" to those game modes that are either co-op or pvp, but that they can't be played single player.
Requiring a constant internet connection may or may not mean that, and you may still be able to play by yourself (Diablo III, The Division).
