@Thanatos2k: The auction house has been gone for more than 4 years already. The game has come to be a very good one after changes based on community feedback. Which is exactly how a company is supposed to behave after they mess up something.
You should try to prioritise comon sense and criteria when reacting to news over your obsession to be edgy and rant about everything: that's what we don't need in Gamespot; childish rants from somebody desperate for attention.
@Gelugon_baat: "those days when Bungie couldn't get its head together on what game it wants to design"
Activision's influence aside, if you see Destiny now you could say that they are back into that situation. With the Marathon Durandal and the Halo franchises they indeed knew what they wanted to do and they did it great. After that, it was back to their "confused" development
@salty101: You are certainly right there, but most of the younger crew did not grow playing those games.
Yesterday I was talking with a friend and he was reminding me about how demanding Dark Souls is and how you totally have to learn the patters by dying again and again. Then I told him that he should try to beat Rugal in King of Fighters 94 and 95. Now THAT was a pain; even getting the pattern you did not have guarantees at all. lol
Bungie offices: Designer 1: Ok, we need people to come back to the game. what can we do to make this happen? Designer 2: Let's kill a fan favorite character; the only one that people still care a bit about Designer 1: What? Designer 2: What? Designer 1: ... Designer 2: ... Designer 1: Whatever; I don't care anymore.
@Sevenizz: A good number of games in PS4 can be played offline. Thankfully the trophy system doesn't require a permanent connection like achievements do :) But I bet you are actually happy; you can come to an article about a system to post about what a big fanboy you are and get some attention from unknown internet persons. So there, have a minute from me. Rejoice in your achievement today: Your post got 3 different answers! You must be so proud of it :)
@bongaconga: As weird as it may sound, people actually pay money for the games they like and enjoy.
Kinda the same way that others seem to like spam website comments crying over how bad current games are and how they miss the old times like a grumpy old man. :)
Seriously man, not a single post you write that is not a rant or an insult to those who like what you don't like. You should thing about it: Do you really enjoy being mad and frustrated all the time?
