I've had Socom Confrontation since launch and for the first few months of it I would definitely agree that the game is the worst thing to be on the system. It was an online only game that couldn't connect you online. Also it came missing alot of features that are printed in the game manual. Patches recently however have fixed alot of the bugs and glitches (and added the all important Quickmatch feature) even though it could still use some fine tuning.For the first 5 months of this game I logged about 20 minutes. But since a buddy of mine got a PS3 and this game me and my other buddies have each logged about 20 hours in the past month and a half alone!Quikstrijke

Well, that's good...at least you've gotten some play out of it now...my copy still sits and gathers dust...I was so pissed when it sucked so bad when it was released and I haven't had reason to touch it again since....at least I got the headset which is great....

Burnout Paradise uses it in a fun way(taking pics of crash victims, etc), but that's about it....can't really think of any others...well, except Little Big Planet, but it just let's you put your pics in levels you made....they should try and use it in more games...

At this point, probably 10. 6-9 are worth playing but they may be hard to find. I think 7 is selling upwards of $70 on ebay.

Agreed, go with ten to start...easy to play and get into...with the active time system in twelve it may be overwelming for you....

Hopefully they give it that extra polish with the extra time....free Joker is nice, but I just wish all these dlc exclusives would stop....the only good thing is they are telling you way in advance before you buy, so you can pick which version you want....if you have both systems...

poker is the most fun thing on home...definetly check it out...

if you have one of the older models you can play ps1 and 2 games....depends which model you have...at first the system came with the full chipset from ps2 and then it emulated the software...newer models are not backwords ccompatible....
