You big dummy, you are supposed to put the WHOLE computer in the water. I have mine in the big cement pond out back that come wit da house. It works fine now!
I am considering replacing my 74 gig 7500rpm drive (s)with a new set of150 gig 10,000rpm WD hard drives. I will be using it in a raid configuration. Will there be a noticable improvement in performance? The new drive has a 16mb cache over the 8mb cache of my current drives.
All I see when the game starts (After the movie where the body is delivered) is clouds in the sky and light blue below it. I can see the crosshair and the mini-map but nothing else. I can also move and see the message the door is locked.
I am using Vista on an otherwise good gaming rig. (amd fx-55,X-fi fatl1ty sound card, dual 7950's in an SLI configuration and 2 gig's of memory.)
