I didn't really pay attention to the story or something, but I knew one thing: its graphics were NOT of higher quality than Gears of War's. Period.

Gears 2 is just to over-hyped right now and I think people are tired of hearing because the first one wasn't anything special but, still fun to play. Same goes for MGS4, Halo 3, Killzone 2 and etc. etc. etc. For me I just rather talk about some of the features it has and wait until it comes out to make a review. Instead of saying Gear 2 has the best graphics evar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!evar evar!!!!!!!!! itz graphix king!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, Gears of War is one of the greatest action games ever c_reate_d. I mean, it has a chainsaw!

And its ranked much higher than MGS4 on Gamerankings.

I suppose that you're talking about that gun in Half-Life? Is does not hold a candle to the chainsaw in Gears of War.

I was meaning the gravity gun that you can grap people with to throw them or use them as a shield. A cutscene chainsaw better than the gravity gun lol.. stop joking around seriously hard to tell sarcasm..

Yes, in my opinion, MUCH better. Many know Gears for its chainsaw, but I had never heard of grativy gun before I even played Half-Life 2 and I understood why

The malfunctioning gravity gun in the last levels was the awesome and could unlock to play through out the game but, fair enough I just hated the chainsaw because it was a death trap.. You would chainsaw someone and then you would see the guy's teammate just waiting to chainsaw you because you were stuck sawing the guy.. lol...

Learn when to use the saw, then!

If that were a PS3 pic, lemmings would be cusing MS paint to circle the car, the ground, the background to bash the textures and say how terrible the game will be because the textures are so horrible. Meanwhile, other lemmings would be bashing the game for its dreary, dirty monochrome style and wishing it was more colourful like a box of crayolas.

Gears of War has the best textures of any console game currently available. It should go without saying that Gears of War 2 will have even better textures.

It does not change the fact that Gears > MGS4 in graphics.
