Hmmm... strange story. If the guy went to hospital, shouldn't the doctors be able to tell he wasn't beat up as bad as he made it out to be?

I thank you all for the wonderful and few funny posts. And to reply to some as I am really noob with the quote thingy, yes this is Norway by the way, and yes, I am trying to get a lawyer and getting a good lawyer is difficult in Norway since we don't have a good laywer :p And one or two persons misread the post I wrote, I didn't hit the guy, I only gave him a swift kick in the back even though I heard the other guy said I kicked someone else and not the troublemaker. Yet I lied to the police that I kicked him, I kinda regret and should told the truth. Anyhow, the witness are blackmailing me by telling the police we beat him several times and threatened to kill him. And that is true, blackmailing is a crime and I hope somehow I can show police evidence that our "supporters" or "witness" are trying to blackmail us. I don't want to go to jail, that would destroy my reputation and strongly dissapoint my parents and family. It would even destroy my life since I am a nice peaceful type of guy, a clown and only wants to spread joy. And this is my very first fight I've had in my life, if it counts as a fight at all. Luckily I have some great Gamespotters that are supporting and giving helpful advice, I really appreciate it guys. You eased my pain a little, I can atleast smile and not worry too much. Okay this is a very big and "intense" story and I will try my best
to make a short version out of it. Please take note that english is
my second language and I am from Norway and such things happens very
often, but violence is considered "a big criminal act" or strict whatever in Norway.

So anyway, here is how the story goes:

I am vietnamese btw, and me, my sister and some friends were on a party
my brother and some of his fellow co-workers and friends established and
we were having a good time there and everything was fine. There were no
alcohol involved yet, so my health that night was okay. Then suddenly,
a guy in around 21 age old and he's vietnamese too appeared in drunk
and started to dance and do a lot of weird stuff. People wanted him out,
and the girls were creepd by his behaviour.So my brother asked him if

he could leave or behave himself atleast.So we gave him a chance, yet he still badly behaved himself and we were
force to remove him. So my brother asked if he could leave, and he slapped
a pizza slice at my brother's face, taunting him if he wanted to fight and such.
Then one of my brother's friend tried to kite the troublemaker out, and when
they were outside the guy fell on the ground and hurt himself. Then my brother
tried to help him up and then he turned and punch my brother in face. My brother enraged
and he tried to hold that guy back, he hit him once and kick him in the face once. So the
troublemaker was hurt, but nothing so biggie. And then I got kinda mad and gave that guy a
swift kick in the back, but I don't know if I hit him. I was told I hit someone else, and
was forgiven, though keep in mind it was dark and there were no light outside so it was
kinda hard to finger point who kick what. Then the troublemaker was sent to the hospital, and
we heard his sister called the police and put us in charge for this incident. Me and my brother
and some witness were sent in for investigations(I dunno what they call it in english). However,
we were questioned what happened that night one by one. Me and my brother told the police the
truth of what happened that night, but I lied about one thing and that is that I didn't kick the
guy but tried to stop the fighting by holding them both back. And here comes the worse part,
the witness are my brothers friends and they told they will support us 100% and they said they
didn't like that guy and was going to give him a lesson one day anyway. The police told me and
my brother that we kicked the guy 7 times in the face, hit him 6 times and threatened to kill him.
The troublermaker made it out of the hospital fine, and has been smiling and do his thing as some of
his friends told me.

This incident happened on November 11 2009 or something, not that accurate but
it was in November atleast. Now we will be in court June 9 this year, and I don't know what to do.
We are getting blackmailed by our own supporters and this is a nail in the coffin for me.
The worst case could happened to me is being imprisoned in 4 months for something so small like this.
Really apologized for the wall-of-text and my english, but I am so frustrated and annoyed by this. They
made it to be something so big when it is something that happens everyday.

I have a problem with poser metal heads in my school , they follow my best friend around thinking hes a friend of them. Often the real annoying stinks of urine and other nasty things.

They try and act tough by saying they bet some kid up at the local skate park during the day etc who was acting wide to them. Now it is well known during the day the Skate park in my town is just mobbed by Little kids thinking they cool etc.

The other one copy's everybody fashion style such as a mate of mines who is a metal head and listen to the music and is a cool guy. He started to come to school with a t-shirt underneath his shirt and it open. The next day the poser metal head started doing that. Once he got this strange but funky hat from his mother when she was in Manchester. In which i presume a place like the barras in Glasgow. The next week he came in with an hat that looks identical the same.

An other problem with the poser metal heads i find is they disrespectful. The put they arms on peoples shoulders to rest them and they don't do it to me or i Shoulder them in their chest.
