So I just noticed after I replaced Firefox with Chrome.. Whenever I try to retrieve my lost password for my account via Steam or Battlenet, I don't get any email.

I called Blizzard yesterday, had a chat on the phone and he mentioned something about using "hotmail" is not a good idea. I however got my lost password from Blizzard. But Steam, HOWEVER... I am having problem getting a password reset from them.

So, anyone know what kind of problem I am facing here?

Well, people who work in retail are supposed to smile at customers, and some are really good at it. Writing her name on that card, I have no idea what that means, could be something, could be nothing.harashawn
