Playing Spore again, I found it's actually a lot of fun after I got the hang of the space stage...

Bought Company of Heroes Gold Edition today

Well Spore was incredible at first, but after I got over the "wow" factor, it just got boring. Creating your own stuff is cool, but the gameplay just isn't fun or deep enough.

Borrowed Spore from a friend. Even without the online stuff, the game is amazing and I will probably buy it.

Rented Far Cry 2. It's pretty cool...

I got tired of Empire so I'm taking a break from it and playing some other stuff like Rome, Medieval, and World in Conflict.

Finally think I found a faction I will stick with. Playing as Russia. It's 1709 and I have taken Dagestan, Crimea, and St. Petersburg. Now I'm consolidating and building up my poor economy before launching an invasion of Europe. I love the Strelsky-Cossack Infantry combo :)

Conquered everything from Amsterdam to Vienna to Konigsberg as Prussia. Got sick of constant land battles (no naval), no sea trade, being surrounded by relentless enemies, and my empire living on taxes.

Playing as the Dutch now. I have both Netherlands cities, both Guyanas, Curacao, Windward and Leeward Isles, both Louisianas, Sri Lanka, and Calcutta. I have trade fleets in Brazil, Ivory Coast, and East Indies and I'm pulling in 15k per turn. I have awesome plantations all over my empire and my tech is advancing fast. France is too scared of me to attack and I have great relations with Spain, of all countries. Will upload some screens soon.
