I am okay with increasing the depth of characters.
What I'm not okay is those feminist users in this thread told me that the current female characters featured in today games is "absolutely abnormal". And that they want a "realistic three dimensional woman". Whatever that supposed to mean.
That's a forceful method, and it has more to do with appearance rather than the depth of characters.
more money as opposed to losing more money. I have many female friends, and none of them like games. (one them did like anime though, but that's a different matter.) They told me that it's unproductive for life and I should do much more meaningful things in my life other than sitting in front of a laptop playing games. How's that for more money? :P
@Fun_In_The_Sun @yeby @thegyger Just for the record, a feminist called ERoBB in here told me that it's okay to have a nude woman in games as long as it's a "real three dimensional woman" when I pressured him/her by saying that if you consider games as art, nude painting/sculpture is also art. And he/she responded by saying it;s okay to have nude women in games. I mean wait, what? o.O
@CharlieSpot Yes. Good. Problem. Like in the general context of problem, not just a specific one. Can you prove that the problem that I mentioned in that post is the "sexist depiction of women in video games" problem? You could? ;-)
@Lockedge @greenskittles @oldschoolvandal Because you're too imaginative.
Characters aren't real people. Would you kill them in the game if you treat them like people? They are fictional characters in the game. Sex toys? You can't even touched them. They are on the screen. You're too imaginative. :P
