I like the Raptors but I highly doubt they make the ECF. 2nd round exit at the most. Chicago, Cleveland, and Detroit have a better chance of going to the Finals than the Raptors.

Now I hate rap with a vengance, but I hope that it doesn't die, but that it takes a back seat for a long while, so that all the rubbish mainstream rappers vanish, and allow for the not so famous underground rappers to get in the limelight. It might be nice to get all the "gangsta bling and hos" type rubbish out of teenagers's iPods and maybe get rap as a genre of music, not a borderline criminal ideal.ithilgore2006

I am a fan of rap (and rock, I know OMG!) and these current day rappers are ruining the game. People like 50 Cent and Jibbs are causing a cancer to society. These people who walk around wearing Nikes and their pants down to their ankles listening to "Smack that, all on the floor" have absolutely no idea what real rap is. Underground rappers who actually have talent are struggling to compete because of today's standards. They will continue trying to have a dream and pursue it and end up failing because people would rather listen to how many diamonds someone has in their mouth than music with a purpose and a meaning.
Even though a bunch of these guys have improved so much offensively, there are other aspects that affect my MIP decision. It's either Jason Kapono or Tyson Chandler for me. Kapono is shooting BEYOND fifty percent from the three point arc. That is really hard to accomplish and it has really boosted his confidence level. He may be averaged 11 points a game, but he brings a big contribution to the Heat. Chandler is looking like Ben Wallace with his rebounding numbers way up. I never thought he'd be this good. He's finding his potential and it is showing. Anybody would want him on his team. He's also doing pretty good on the defensive end on the floor, tying his career high in blocks.
