i click on the BF2:SF at the start and a black screen comes up with the wrighting

'mods/bf2/shader/lightning.fx not found!!! _DO_check your working directory,_AND_sync your shader folder before calling upon your local rendering programmer/GP. (realy!)' hes a screenie of it thanks
