I remember reading somewhere that square-enix wants Final Fantasy Versus XIII to be released worldwide in Europe, North America and Japan at the same time. If that is true them Versus may hit the shelves before the original Final Fantasy XIII because Versus is said to be finished before the end of 2009. What are your thoughts on this. Do you think they will delay it so they can release it after Final Fantasy XIII, or will Square come out and say it won't be released worldwide.

P.S: I'm currently looking for the articles where i read these rumours, if i find them and you would like to read them I will be glad to post the link.

There really hasnt been a lack of JRPGs this gen, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Enchanted Arms, Disgaea 3, White Knight Chronicles just to name a few. We have had a lot, but rarely have they done well which is surprising because i tried Lost Odyssey and it was fun and White Knight looks fun as well. The Last Remnant is an example, Square hyped this game as a new direction for them, and it hasnt even passed 500,000 sales yet (last time i checked, i might be wrong though), and the reviews for it were poor. My question is why have JRPGs been lacking in quality? WKC might change that, its only been out in Japan for a month and it already has 300,000 units sold and im sure Final Fantasy XIII will do that

I got the game for Christmas and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. This is probably the only game I have ever played that might actually do well if it is made into a feature, if the director isn't Uwe Boll. The game may be short but it is long enough to have enough content to be made into a film. I would just like to hear your thoughts and if you would like to see a film adaptation, who should play Drake, Elena, Sully, Navarro etc.

Final Fantasy FTW

Throughout my long hours of playing Final Fantasy X, I have to say the mini-game blitzball was the most fun i've had with a Final Fantasy mini-game in a long time. The game was perfect and addicting, so I was thinking that maybe Square-enix can release a full blitzball only game, much like the NHL, NBA, FIFA and Madden series. A game which features more teams, players, and online play. Maybe Square can collaberate with EA Sports to get the game finished to perfection. A game like that could be perfect for the PSP for a quick pick up and play, and it could even work on the PS3 so you would be able to play with everyone of your friends(Sorry 360, I would include you but Final Fantasy X was only for the Playstation 2 so the tradition should continue).

So thats my pitch, tell me what you think.
