I'm considering myself to buy a Laptop, HP 9665.

And i'm wondering if that's a good one.

(the only games i find myself playing is CS and WoW, but is it a good laptop)

the price is abot 1200 USD.

think about it this way (DS fan here).

the psp is doing amazing, how many companys have tried to go into the handheld market and only sold like what 10 million at max. Sony is WAAAAAY over that 10 million mark. And still doing well. It's a cheap, good looking full of feature handheld. What more could u ask?

You can play PSX, PSP games on it, watch movies and freakin listen to music in the box.

Against DS ofcourse it's dying if u see it that way. but it's killing all other hardware, and remember that the Wii is doing amazingly good in JP. and yet PSP is outselling it.

The 360 will still be the main console for at least a year,no public plans for a new system are out

plus so many great games are coming soon so now is a good time to buy

5 years before u see a new console. Why?

Because PS3 was just released, and it will live for atleast 5-6 years, during that time MS will be planning a new console but will try too boost 360 sale for everyday!

just saying that, if PS2 sold so well, it could've been because alot of them died and you had to fix a new one or buy a new one.

That's what happens to hardware especially from a company who's on they're second console. Like Sony was when PS2 had it's flaws.

Does that mean it produced crappy games? or maybe it is a crappy hardware? no, it's a good hardware with good games but with some flaws. get over it.

not tried Jericho, but i would still go for Orangebox, 5 games in one!

good price, amazing games. 9.5 here on gamespot, and average over 9.0 all over the world..

wow... at least with a 360 you can get it replaced for free, but a TV? That's much, much more expensive... i hope you have another TV. The Orange Box is pretty good if you haven't played HL2 yet. can't miss Portal either. good luck bulletsword
