I have some problems too. My ps3 detected my pc but when I try to connect to it it says "access to the media server is not allowed. It is possible that the system name fot this PS3 system has not been registered".
I use WMP11. When I go to Configure Sharing it doesn't see any Unknown Device or PS3, it just says Terrisa-PC and that's what it says on my PS3 too. I enable sharing on it but I still can't access it. Any ideas what else should I do?

I was talking about students in the White Rose organization. If you are so sure about your huge resistance then just read the first sentence of the Prewar resistance 1933-39 section. It says "There was almost no organised resistance to Hitler's regime in the period between his appointment as Chancellor in January 1933 and the crisis over Czechoslovakia in 1938." Game over. Before and after there was always some kind of small OPPOSITION but that's completely different thing than a resistance that you had in occupied countries!! In the 40's you had few generals that knew that they are losing the war and that's why they wanted to assasinate Hitler and that was it. That's really impressive against thousands of people in other countires. Have you ever heard about Warsaw Uprising in 1944? That's what you call a resistance!! That's not a history forum so if you want to talk more about it send me a message.

stides, read my post again and try to understand what I wrote this time. I was saying that Nazis were Germans as well as US Republicans are from the US but nobody is calling you a republican but simply an American. That's why when talking about Nazis you are talking about the Germans at the same time. Do you get it now?
Theempire30, calling few student a resistance isn't a right thing to do. Except that, look at the dates. Most of the "resistance" in Germany occured by the end of the war when people understood that they can't win the war with Hitler and they were trying to get rid of him. Please take some history books and not wikipedia and read a little about real resistance in occupied countries and then you will understand what it was really about.

Were they the same townspeople that voted for Hitler and the Nazi party at the beginning of the 30's?:) Of course there were some people that did not like the Nazis but they were the same Germans as Nazis. All I want to say that you can't write excuses like "Germany didn't start the war, it was the Nazis." In Poland or other occupied countries you could be killed just for not being german but they had the resistance that was harmfull to the SS and wermacht. There was not such an organziation or movement in Germany and that's where the difference is.

here we go....the political correctness...come on, German were Nazis period!! It's like saying not Americans but Republicans. Whether you like it or not its Germans that started the war and whoever is saying that they were not Germans but Nazis is an idiot and ignorant. And yeah...this huge resistance movement of Germans against the Nazis in Germany during the war hahahahaha. Just look at the crowds during the parades in Berlin, Munich, Nurnberg and other German cities during the War and you will see how big support the Nazi party has had so don't bull**** here about some resistance. The biggest resistance movement was in Poland and then in France but not in Germany!

make sure your firewall (in the router) isn't blocking the ports. Have a gander at your ps3 manual to find out what the ports are.slimdog361

that may be it. How to check if the firewall is blocking the ports?

Every time I try to play F1 on-line I have really hard problems connecting. It always says "the session has expired". Then I have to keep pushing X to try again and sometimes it goes through but it really is pain in the but. So is this my internet connection problem or what? My internet is pretty good, it downloads stuff really fast so I wonder why can't I play on line? Any suggestions?
