My 360 has just broken for the first time. I really don't mind this time, but if this happens a couple more times I might give up on it.

If your looking for downloadable games than Doom and Geometry Wars are two excellent games to think about.

Most 14 year olds are normal enough to not be extensivly annoying on LIVE, but there are a couple of young kids out there that really shouldn't be on.

I like the wireless controllers. If you have a problem with batteries just get 2 sets of rechargables.

The Xbox 360 is a definite buy. Some people have had it crash, including me, but overall the games for it are great and it will make you very happy.

If I know I'm getting a certain game (eg. Gears of War) I usually preorder it and just read the reviews to see what people think about it. But games I'm on the edge with, I'll usually read the review to give me a little guidance on which way to go.

If you want to be able to do anything on LIVE then your going to have to get a hard drive. Other than that as long as you don't have too many games the memory card should be alright.

Don't worry, the towel trick won't last too long if you play the 360 a lot.

By the way, is Ninja Gaiden 2 REALLY anounced, or is it just speculation?

I think that it's just speculation right now but with all the success of Ninja Gaiden I'd imagine there would be a sequel. And for a game selection I'd say Oblivion.

28" flat screen Sylvania. It's standard def. but it works fine for me since I'm not that far away from the TV in my room where my 360 is.
