Hey, folks.

For quite some time now, I have been browsing around DeviantArt, looking at fanart of my favorite shows and movies. Now that I finally have a scanner, (got it for Christmas '07) I'm thinking of getting my own account there sometime in the near future. The problem is: I don't draw a whole lot, and I might not be able to post my stuff up there right away, not to mention all the issues with privacy. (I don't know if I want all of my personal info getting out.) Still, it's something I've been kind of wishing I could do.

So, what do you think? Should I go for it? :?

By now you probably know my odd little screenname "Woof91" quite well, and you may think you know what it means. "Oh," you may think, "she's a dog person! How cute!" Well, you would be half right. Yes, you read right. I am not a human, but in fact, a dog, gifted with humanlike intelligence. But, if you don't believe me, the proof is in the pudding:

My name is Shadow. I have been coming onto TV.com under the persona of my owner, Michelle. I have had a lifelong fascination with this phenomenon you humans call "television", mainly with the genre of animation. I came here hoping to interact with humans who share my intrests. But, now that you know the truth, I guess everything is going to change. I just hope you will all continue to see me as another person, and not as a "freaky talking dog".

Now, if you'll excuse me, there's a can of Pedigree with my name on it. As they say in my native tounge: "Ruffruffruffruffruff! Aarrrooooooo!!!"

(Trying to) Watch: The Mr. Men Show

So, guess what? I get an early release from school today, and wouldn't you know it, my cable is being stupid. The sound and picture keep skipping, and the screen often goes black, and says "poor signal". Luckily, I taped the new Mr. Men when it came on at 9 and it turned out just fine, but if this interrupts the new episodes of Foster's, Chowder and Camp Lazlo tonight, I'm gonna be seriously ticked! :x

I've been tagged, so here are 5 facts about me:

1) I once won $500 in a Cartoon Network contest. No lie! I had to freakin' sit through "ReAnimated", but it was worth it, 'cause I used the money to buy an iPod.

2) I've been a huge fan of the movie Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey since I was just a toddler. I even named my pets after two of the characters. (Shadow, a dog; Sassy, a cat)

3) The first (and so far, only) Broadway musical I have ever seen is The Lion King: The Broadway Musical.

4) I have a 20 yen millitary currency note on my bulletin board. I got it from my brother, who works in the air force.

5) I don't like to wear girly clothes. I'm more of a casual "jeans and a t-shirt" kind of girl.

To change the subject, I've had a sore throat since late last night, so I'm staying home from church with my older sister, and man, am I ever bored. I should be working on the tons of homework I've gotta do over the week off from school, but... I don't feel like it. (Aren't I responsible? :P )

More to the point: I just found a review of Cartoon Network's new "Mr. Men Show" in my local newspaper, and I thought I'd share it with you.

From what I can tell, this show looks cool! I'm definately going to tape it this week! (Even though I'm too old for it. :roll: Ah, well. Who cares?)
